Role: Italian-Speaking Technical Support Agent

Location: 100% Remote in Greece

Project: Supporting a Global Leader in Computing and IT Solutions

The Opportunity

If you have a knack for technology and a passion for helping others, this is the perfect chance to build a career in the Mediterranean. We are looking for Italian speakers to join a specialized team supporting one of the worlds most recognizable names in personal computing and enterprise hardware. You will provide essential support to users while enjoying a flexible, remote lifestyle anywhere in Greece.

Your Responsibilities

Assist Italian-speaking customers with hardware and software inquiries via phone and chat.

Guide users through troubleshooting steps for laptops, desktops, and peripherals.

Coordinate warranty claims and technical solutions.

Maintain clear and accurate records of all interactions in English.

Requirements

Proficiency in Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2).

A genuine interest in computer hardware and technology.

A friendly, patient, and professional communication style.

Valid EU Passport or the legal right to work in Greece.
