Do you have strong roots in the Italian trade lane and a solid book of business?
We're looking for a driven and well-connected International Sales Executive to expand our presence across the Italian market I. This is a high-impact role with significant earning potential, ideal for someone who's ready to hit the ground running and be rewarded for real results. We are open to a high base salary for top talent with proven client relationships and freight forwarding experience.
What You'll Be Doing
Develop & Expand Business
  • Grow international freight forwarding sales-focusing on Italy-U.S. trade
  • Target importers/exporters across industries (FCL, LCL, airfreight, etc.)
  • Identify new opportunities and close deals independently or with team support

Client Management
  • Maintain and grow your book of business
  • Deliver tailored logistics solutions to meet client needs
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure top-tier service and execution

Market Development
  • I Focus on Italian accounts and trade lanes; leverage cultural and language familiarity
  • Understand shipping cycles, compliance requirements, and customs dynamics

Stay current on global logistics trends, rates, and client pain points
Requirements
What You Bring
Proven success in freight forwarding sales with a strong book of business
Deep understanding of the Italian market and transatlantic trade
• 3-5+ years in international logistics (air/ocean, import/export)
• Exceptional client relationship and negotiation skills
• Independent, self-driven mindset-hunter mentality
• Bilingual (Italian/English) is a major plus!
