Dans le cadre de notre croissance, nous recherchons un Technicien Support Informatique. Relevant du Directeur, Informatique, vous serez responsable de fournir un support aux utilisateurs et un service à la clientèle sur les applications et plates-formes informatiques supportées par la compagnie. En travaillant avec les autres membres de l'équipe, vous devrez également résoudre divers problèmes informatiques et cibler les actions appropriées à prendre.

Vos responsabilités principales seront:

  • Répondre aux requêtes pour toute assistance technique en personne, par téléphone ou électroniquement;
  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes techniques de matériels et de logiciels;
  • Effectuer les recherches nécessaires en utilisant les ressources d'informatiques;
  • Conseiller les utilisateurs dans l’utilisation appropriée des outils informatiques;
  • Suivre des procédures de dépannage standards;
  • Enregistrer toutes les interactions du service d'assistance;
  • Administrer le logiciel de support aux utilisateurs;
  • Rediriger les billets de support vers les ressources appropriées;
  • Identifier et escalader les situations nécessitant une attention urgente;
  • Documenter les demandes et les résolutions de problèmes;
  • Préparer les rapports d'activités;
  • Rester à jour avec les informations système, les modifications et les mises à jour;
  • Assurer la réception et le bon entreposage du matériel informatique;
  • Recommander les achats de matériel informatique;
  • Assurer une bonne gestion des stocks d'équipements et de pièces;
  • Gérer les achats de premier niveau.

Job Summary

As part of our growth, we are seeking an IT Support Technician. Reporting to the IT Director, you will be responsible for providing user support and customer service for the IT applications and platforms supported by the company. Working with other team members, you will also be responsible for resolving various IT issues and determining the appropriate course of action.

Your main responsibilities will be :

  • Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, by phone, or electronically;
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with hardware and software
  • Conduct necessary research using IT resources;
  • Advise users on the proper use of IT tools;
  • Follow standard troubleshooting procedures;
  • Record all help desk interactions;
  • Administer user support software;
  • Forward support tickets to the appropriate resources;
  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention;
  • Document support requests and problem resolutions;
  • Prepare activity reports;
  • Stay up to date on system information, changes, and updates;
  • Ensure the receipt and proper storage of IT equipment;
  • Recommend purchases of computer equipment;
  • Ensure proper management of equipment and parts inventory;
  • Manage first-level purchasing.
