Position Summary
We are seeking a high-energy, self-starting Technology Solutions & Automation Specialist to drive digital transformation across our organization. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex business challenges and technical solutions by leveraging a suite of low-code/no-code platforms, AI tools, and custom development.
The ideal candidate is a "continuous learner" who thrives on optimizing workflows and has a proven track record of delivering impactful technology projects within high-stakes environments.
Key Responsibilities
Process Automation: Design, develop, and maintain sophisticated automated workflows using ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Automate, and Smartsheet to eliminate manual tasks and increase operational efficiency.
ServiceNow Development: Lead the creation of ServiceNow catalogs, complex workflows, and Service Portal solutions to enhance the employee experience.
Power Platform Innovation: Build and support custom business applications using Power Apps and integrate them seamlessly with existing Microsoft 365 ecosystems.
AI Implementation: Explore and implement modern AI solutions-including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Claude-to improve organizational outcomes and decision-making.
Learning Technology Support: Support the administration and configuration of Learning Management Systems (LMS), specifically SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring a seamless technical experience for learners.
Web & Content Management: Manage web server environments and administer content using SharePoint, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Project Leadership: Scope, lead, and deliver technology projects from inception to completion, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Technology Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of demonstrated expertise in process automation (ServiceNow, Power Automate, Smartsheet).
Technical Proficiency: Proven experience developing ServiceNow service portals and Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
Project Management: Demonstrated ability to lead technology-focused projects and manage web server/content administration.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Advanced Degree: M.S. in Computer Science or Technology Management.
Industry Knowledge: Previous experience working within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
Programming: Functional knowledge of JavaScript, JSON, Python, or SQL.
AI & Future-Tech: Experience building with Copilot Agents or Claude Code.
