We are seeking a skilled Senior level IT Engineer to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will provide onsite technical support to our diverse SMB clientele, ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction. Your expertise in troubleshooting, Microsoft Infrastructures, security, network infrastructure, and customer communication will be crucial in delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:
