Responsibilities
  • Provide 2nd level technical support for IT systems, infrastructure, applications, and end-user environments.
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve incidents related to Windows systems, servers, endpoints, networks, and business applications.
  • Support the installation, configuration, maintenance, and administration of desktops, laptops, servers, and other IT equipment.
  • Manage and support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, endpoint management tools, and related enterprise services.
  • Participate in IT infrastructure projects, including system upgrades, migrations, hardware refreshes, software rollouts, and process improvements.
  • Evaluate, design, and implement IT solutions according to business needs and internal standards.
  • Advise internal stakeholders on IT solutions, equipment, system integration, and technical requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain IT standards, documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with local and global IT teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and external service providers.
  • Act as an escalation point for more complex technical issues and support continuous improvement within the IT environment.
  • Provide remote support for systems, applications, and IT installations across different locations when required.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a System Engineer, IT Infrastructure Engineer, Desktop Engineer, IT Support Engineer, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, and enterprise IT environments.
  • Good understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi‑Fi, firewalls, and basic network troubleshooting.
  • Experience with endpoint management, software deployment, patching, user administration, and device configuration.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently and provide clear solutions.
  • Experience working with ticketing systems, incident management, and ITIL-based processes.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Good documentation skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work in an international environment and collaborate with local and remote teams.

Nice to Have
  • Experience with Intune, SCCM, VMware, Hyper‑V, or cloud environments.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, pharmaceutical, laboratory, industrial, or regulated environments.
  • Knowledge of industrial/production PCs, business‑critical applications, or IT/OT environments.
  • Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL, or similar certifications.
  • Experience working in global IT support or managed service environments.
