Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, system, and network-related issues in a timely manner.
• Provide technical support to users through onsite, remote, and phone-based assistance.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system credentials to ensure secure access.
• Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and updates.
• Implement security updates, antivirus protection, and cybersecurity best practices across IT systems.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventories, technical documentation, and service records.
• Support the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Guide users on technology best practices, security awareness, and company IT policies.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
