IT Support Analyst

Reporting to the IT Service Delivery Manager, the IT Support Analyst is responsible for delivering exceptional technical support to employees across the organization. This role serves as the primary point of contact for IT support while also supporting device management, software deployment, user onboarding, and endpoint administration.

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Provide first and second-level support via phone, email, Teams, walk-ups, and the IT service portal
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, mobile device, Microsoft 365, and connectivity issues
  • Configure, deploy, and support laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and collaboration tools
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including account creation, device setup and technology orientation
  • Support endpoint management through Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment compliance, and application deployments
  • Deploy software and updates using automated deployment tools such as Intune and PDQ
  • Maintain detailed IT asset inventory and equipment records
  • Document incidents, requests, procedures, and solutions within the ITSM platform
  • Contribute to IT projects, process improvements, and technology rollouts

What You Bring!

  • 4+ years of experience in IT support, service desk, or desktop support roles
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
  • Experience with employee onboarding, device deployment, and account provisioning
  • Experience supporting mobile devices and endpoint management solutions
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Intune, ServiceNow, and software deployment tools such as PDQ is required
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional documentation and record-keeping skills
  • Proficient in demonstrating analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of networks and network cabling preferred

Target Salary Range: CAD $70,000 - $90,000
The expected salary range for this role is intended to support transparency and informed decision making. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience and internal equity.
