  • Certifications that demonstrate competency in enterprise IT (A+, etc.) are a plus
  • Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
  • Ability to handle tickets and service requests with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Excellent time management skill
  • 18 months of IT experience (or equivalent)

Your tasks
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Data Center Technician, Server Technician, or similar role
Strong knowledge of data center hardware and software, including servers, switches, and storage systems
Experience working with enterprise-level IT infrastructure
Familiarity with Windows OS, Linux, and various software applications
Knowledge of TCP/IP and networking protocols
