Job description

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our growing team. The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems in a timely and efficient manner
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
  • Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT systems
  • Manage user accounts and permissions
  • Maintain inventory of hardware and software and ensure proper documentation
  • Assist with the implementation of new technology and systems
  • Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures
  • Provide training and support to staff on new technology and systems

Qualifications:
