Essential Responsibilities

  • End-User Support: Provide prompt technical assistance to team members, resolving hardware and software issues with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain and manage IT assets, including hardware and software, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Hardware & Software Installation: Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Office & Conference Infrastructure: Set up and maintain IT infrastructure in office spaces and support audiovisual technology in conference rooms to ensure seamless meetings.
  • Documentation & Training: Develop and update user guides and training materials to empower staff to utilize IT resources effectively.
  • Data Tools: Utilize Microsoft Access and Power BI for data management, analysis, and reporting.
  • Compliance: Adhere to and enforce company policies, procedures, and security checklists to ensure consistent IT support.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our 6-person IT team to share knowledge, tackle complex projects, and support the firm’s technological growth.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: 1–2 years of demonstrated experience in a similar IT support role.
