Job Summary:
Empower Brands is a company formed from the integration of Lynx Franchising and Outdoor Living Brands, dedicated to providing high-quality products and services in the commercial and home services industry. The IT Support Analyst will provide primary technical support to end-users, resolving various technical issues and managing service tickets to ensure efficient operations across the US.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone or web conference, and email as appropriate
โ€ข Resolve help desk issues including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
โ€ข Perform user administration duties, using strict security protocols
โ€ข Configure user applications according to documented standards
โ€ข Administer e-mail accounts an lists using either Google Workspace or Office365
โ€ข Configure laptops, desktops, and mobile device, as needed
โ€ข Configure and deploy IP phones and service
โ€ข Assist with basic network implementation and support across multiple sites, including firewall configuration, wi-fi access point management and switch configuration
โ€ข Manage the helpdesk ticket queue to ensure that all service tickets are dealt with quickly and efficiently
โ€ข Provide assistance and backup to the other members of the support team
โ€ข Ensure that all critical matters are either dealt with in an efficient manner or escalated to the appropriate person as required to resolve
โ€ข Document resolutions and update knowledge base
โ€ข Other responsibilities, as required, to support the IT team

โ€ข 2+ years of experience in an IT environment supporting users and processes
โ€ข Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
โ€ข Excellent communication and collaboration skills
โ€ข Familiarity with IT frameworks and tools
