Resp for day-to-day ops & strategy implem in CRM system in Enrollment Mgmt for Kettering College. Resp for pr activities & events & recruitment on & off campus. Create comm strategies & content, reporting, training & mgmt of system. Work closely w/Kettering College IS/IT & Student Services to ensure processes are effective & efficient or need to be adjusted or created. Asst Assoc Dean in tracking effectiveness of recruitment efforts. Work in Office of Admissions. Min req: Bachelor’s in BA, HR Mgmt, Admin, or related & 1 yr of related prof exp, incl 1 yr exp w/each of the following: CRM software; Customer Service; Operational Improvement; MS Office; proj org; product configuration; Report building; System monitoring; & requirements analysis.
