\n The candidate shall be responsible for supporting IRM&TS management as directed, assisting with tasks such as strategic planning, project tracking or the development of documents and presentations. The candidate will also participate within a team to oversee the design, management, delivery, enhancement, and modernization of the current network infrastructure.<\/span>\n

\n The candidate shall perform the tasks listed below consistent with instructions and guidance provided by the Contracting Officer's Representative and by providing advice, opinions, recommendations, or ideas to the client's employees.<\/span>\n

  • Assist with management and tracking of IT strategic plan, tasks and projects.\n

  • Assist with revising and maintaining a roadmap of IT infrastructure projects and upgrades that are prioritized and assigned for execution.<\/span>\n

  • Assist with project management.<\/span>\n
    \n <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Assist with budget\/cost analysis and comparison.<\/span>\n
    \n <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Assist with development and\/or review of policies and procedures.<\/span>\n
    \n <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Assist with technical reviews of IT tasks.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n

    \n \n Requirements<\/h3>\n
    \n Basic Qualifications: <\/b><\/span>\n
    \n <\/b><\/span><\/span>\n <\/div>\n
    \n The candidate shall provide qualified personnel with the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:\n

    • Bachelor's degree in an IT\-related field minimum of 10 years of experience.<\/span>\n
      \n <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Must be able to effectively quantify specific, detailed information for their recommendations in written and verbal formats.<\/span>\n
      \n <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • A versatile understanding of Information Technology (IT) and Cybersecurity capabilities.<\/span>\n
      \n <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • A working understanding technology integration with physical, virtual, and cloud\-based solutions.<\/span>\n
      \n <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • A strong verbal and written communications skills to facilitate clear and concise delivery statuses on multiple, concurrent activities.<\/span>\n
      \n <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • The ability to perform contract analysis, schedule reviews, and cost estimations (i.e., Service Portfolio Management).<\/span>\n
      \n <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Attention to detail.<\/span>\n
      \n <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • The ability to prepare program plans, contract cost\-analysis, contract management; to include budget and schedule development.<\/span>\n
      \n <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Experience with project management tools.<\/span>\n
      \n <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Experience developing policies, procedures, and work instructions.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
