Overview: Our client is seeking a Tier 2 Systems Engineer to join a growing IT services team supporting multiple client environments throughout the Oklahoma City metro area. This role combines traditional systems engineering responsibilities with website administration, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both technical infrastructure support and client-facing work. The ideal candidate will have prior MSP experience, strong Microsoft 365 and Intune expertise, and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 2 support for multiple client environments across healthcare, finance, nonprofit, and other industries.
  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, MFA, and Conditional Access.
  • Manage and support Microsoft Intune including device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, application deployment, and Autopilot.
  • Support Windows 10/11 and Windows Server environments including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and file/print services.
  • Troubleshoot networking, VPN connectivity, endpoint security, and printer-related issues.
  • Maintain and update WordPress websites, including plugins, themes, backups, and content updates.
  • Make basic HTML and CSS modifications to client websites as needed.
  • Create and update technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and ticket notes.
  • Utilize AI tools and automation technologies to improve efficiency and support client solutions.
  • Conduct occasional onsite visits to client locations throughout the Oklahoma City metro area.

Preferred Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
  • Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience.
  • Hands-on Intune administration and deployment experience.
  • Windows desktop and server administration experience.
  • Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and endpoint management.
  • Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, VPNs, and endpoint security tools.
  • Experience utilizing PSA and RMM platforms.
  • WordPress administration experience including updates, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Basic HTML and CSS skills.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or workflow automation platforms.
  • Experience supporting HIPAA-regulated environments or relevant Microsoft certifications is a plus.
