Job Summary:
Syntricate Technologies is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst - Advanced to perform Quality Assurance and Business Interface Testing for Medicaid systems. The role involves collaborating with project teams to create test scenarios, analyze results, and support User Acceptance Testing with clients and external partners.
Responsibilities:
• Work collaboratively with the project team to test coding changes.
• Duties include creation of test scenarios, running of tests, analysis of test results, resolution of differences in actual and expected test results, and working with client to support User Acceptance Testing.
• Communicate effectively in both written and spoken communication.
• Help with business, process, and technical documentation, and provide subject matter expertise as needed.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 4+ years of experience with Mainframe
• 4+ years of experience with Cobol
• 4+ years of experience with JCL
• 4+ years of experience creating and executing test scenarios
• 4+ years of experience with healthcare claims processing
Preferred:
• Experience with Medicaid
• Experience with Serena Changeman
• Experience with SQL
• Experience with technical documentation
• Experience with CA-ADS
