Job Summary:
Next Generation, Inc. (NGI) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and execute all aspects of technology projects. The role involves managing projects in various specialties including systems analysis, application development, and PC/LAN support, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and execute all aspects of assigned technology projects from initiation through completion.
• Lead projects in one or more specialized areas:
• Systems/Business Analysis
• Development and Implementation of Applications in a Networked PC Environment
• PC/LAN Support
• Technical Writing
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables meet quality, schedule, and budget requirements.
• Oversee project scheduling, implementation, and evaluation activities.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while managing scope and change control.
• Communicate effectively with technical teams and user communities to ensure project alignment with business goals.
• Prepare status reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders and senior leadership.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in one or more technical specialties listed above.
