Job Description: Location: Hybrid position but requires the candidate to work 50% of the time in Bothell, Washington. We are seeking an experienced Sr. IT Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of large-scale enterprise IT projects, from project definition through implementation. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience managing complex, enterprise-wide initiatives and is accountable for delivering projects on scope, on budget, on schedule, and to agreed-upon quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation Accountable for meeting agreed-upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality measures Develop the project plan and drive project milestones to completion Establish and maintain an effective communication plan with the project team and key stakeholders Provide day-to-day direction to project resources Ensure effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and budgets Focus on IT projects and initiatives across the enterprise Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience managing large-scale enterprise IT projects Will have Sales and Service Cloud experience. Proven track record of delivering complex projects on scope, on budget, and on schedule Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Demonstrated project planning, leadership, and decision-making abilities Sound judgment with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Specialized knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization Familiarity with both waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies???????
