Job Summary:
Damco Solutions is seeking an IT Project Manager who will function more like a Product Owner. The role involves overseeing approximately 35 applications, managing end-to-end release activities, and collaborating with development teams in a hybrid project management environment.
Responsibilities:
• Technical Project Manager responsible for monthly software release management processes
• Focus on code quality, execution of manual regression testing and support automated Junit(s)
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams and impacted users to coordinate environment change
• Point person for Incident Management including communications, resolution and root cause analysis
• Create technical and knowledge documentation, define and drive new procedures
• Participate in on-call schedule (supporting Northern Virginia time zone), and other related management and technical duties
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3+ years of experience
• Excellent communication
• Hands on ServiceNow experience
• Experience with creating dashboards in ServiceNow
• JIRA experience
• Confluence Wiki
• Business and technical experience
Preferred:
• Python knowledge – does not have to be very technical
