IT Manager oversees an organization's technology infrastructure and operations, ensuring systems are reliable, efficient, and secure. They lead IT teams, manage projects, and align technology strategies with business goals. Their responsibilities include strategic planning, budgeting, and ensuring the security and compliance of IT systems.
Essential Functions
• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies that enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment within the IT department.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and systems.
