Job description

BCT is looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to lead high-impact technology initiatives across our retail and distribution business. This hybrid/remote role based in Irving, TX, is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments and can drive large-scale projects from ERP and supply chain systems to eCommerce and analytics, while staying tightly aligned to business goals.

COMP: Up to $160K based on candidate’s experience, etc.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Lead Complex Technology Programs

  • Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT projects (ERP, WMS, POS, CRM, eCommerce, analytics), managing multiple initiatives with strong planning, risk management, and execution discipline
  • Drive delivery using Agile and hybrid methodologies, balancing speed with governance to ensure successful, on-time outcomes

Drive M&A Integration Efforts

  • Lead post-acquisition system integrations—including data migration, platform consolidation, and process alignment—ensuring a seamless transition into the broader enterprise environment

Partner with the Business

  • Partner with leaders across distribution, retail, and corporate teams to define requirements and success metrics, while clearly communicating technical progress and business impact to executive stakeholders

Deliver with Excellence

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and foster a culture of continuous delivery and improvement while ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned to strategic priorities
  • Manage vendors and third-party partners to drive successful execution and maintain budget adherence

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field preferred
  • 7+ years of experience leading enterprise IT projects
  • Strong background in retail and/or distribution environments
  • Proven success delivering M&A system integrations
  • Hands-on experience with Agile and hybrid delivery models
  • Track record managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and large budgets
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels 
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe, etc.) preferred
