About this Role
Quanta Power Solutions is seeking an IT Intern to support the Information Technology group by assisting with day-to-day technical operations, troubleshooting user issues, and contributing to infrastructure and system improvement initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment supporting critical energy infrastructure.
What You'll Do
  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Assist with setup, configuration, and maintenance of computers and mobile devices
  • Support user account management (e.g., onboarding, password resets, access requests)
  • Help monitor system performance and escalate issues as needed
  • Document IT procedures, troubleshooting steps, and system updates
  • Participate in IT projects, including upgrades, migrations, and cybersecurity initiatives
