Functional Oracle ERP Architect Shape the Future of Finance Transformation

Are you an Oracle ERP expert who enjoys solving complex business challenges and designing scalable financial solutions? Join a collaborative team where you'll partner with finance leaders and technology professionals to drive enterprise transformation through Oracle ERP Cloud. This role offers the opportunity to influence strategy, improve business processes, and deliver solutions that create lasting value.

What You'll Do
  • Lead functional architecture and solution design for Oracle ERP Cloud Financials, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Projects, and Accounting Hub Cloud Service.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, gather business requirements, and perform fit-gap assessments to define future-state finance processes.
  • Design and govern enterprise structures, chart of accounts, financial data models, and end-to-end finance solutions.
  • Partner with finance and technology teams to define integration requirements and ensure alignment with Oracle leading practices.
  • Support implementation activities including testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and solution governance.
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience serving as an ERP Functional Architect, Solution Architect, or similar leadership role.
  • 8-12+ years of experience working with Oracle ERP solutions, including Oracle ERP Cloud and/or Oracle E-Business Suite.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Cloud Financials.
  • Strong knowledge of finance and project accounting processes, including:
  • Record to Report (R2R)
  • Procure to Pay (P2P)
  • Order to Cash (O2C)
  • Project Financial Management
  • Experience conducting fit-gap analysis, defining target-state solutions, and supporting governance frameworks.
  • Proven ability to lead requirements workshops and communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience creating functional specifications and validating end-to-end business solutions.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Knowledge of enterprise finance transformation initiatives and best-practice process design.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
