We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Information Technology (IT) Manager to join our team and contribute to this mission.Leads the Information Technology Services (ITS) function with a modern, security focused, and strategic mindset. Oversees daily ITS operations, manage staff, drives cybersecurity initiatives, leads technology-related projects, and supports the organization through continuous improvement of systems, infrastructure, and web based applications. Partners closely with the Ourvita Group CIO and team to align technology strategy, governance, and innovation across the enterprise.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Provide ITS leadership in alignment with executive leadership and the Ourvita Group CIO.
  • Oversee ITS Department operations, ensuring efficient, secure, and reliable service delivery.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop ITS staff, providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development.
  • Manage the annual ITS budget and allocate resources effectively.
  • Own cybersecurity posture, including threat monitoring, risk mitigation, policy development, user awareness, and incident response.
  • Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of hardware, software, network infrastructure, and telephony systems.
  • Analyzes software and hardware needs and identifies and recommends upgrades and changes, maintaining efficient and effective operations for the organization.
  • Evaluate and implement web-based applications and SaaS tools to improve business operations.
  • Lead cross-functional technology projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand technical needs and recommend innovative IT solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Ourvita CIO and team on shared systems, enterprise standards, cybersecurity governance, and long-term technology roadmap alignment.
  • Ensure enterprise IT assets, documentation, and data management practices meet security, compliance, and audit requirements.
  • Monitor developments in information security, infrastructure, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in information technology, alerting senior staff of the effects widespread software and hardware revisions, changes, and discontinuation will have on the organization's systems and operations.
  • Coordinate and manage large-scale system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
  • Ensure proper safety practices, documentation, and compliance with regulatory and internal IT policies.
  • Supervise team to ensure organizational objectives are met.

Requirements
Qualifications:Education / Experience / Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive ITS experience across infrastructure, applications, and cybersecurity.
  • Experience leading IT departments or teams; supervisory experience preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.

Skills Required:
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, best practices, and incident management.
  • Experience with web-based applications, SaaS platforms, and cloud enabled environments.
  • Proven project management experience with ability to lead cross functional initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and align them with business needs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Capable of interaction at all levels of the organization
