Job description

This position will help ensure stability, integrity, and efficient operation of on-premises and cloud information systems which support core organizational functions including but not limited to data, voice, video, and network services. The right individual will have proven analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to help identify and resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner to maximize IT system investments. We are looking for a strong candidate who takes initiative to continuously improve their skills in an effort to meet our company's needs. This team member will work primarily in the Ann Arbor, MI office with occasional visits to US manufacturing facilities and overseas travel.
Primary Responsibilities:
Primary focus will be security, installation, maintenance, support, and optimization of various network, PC, and peripheral hardware for European operations.
