  • Coordinate after-hours support when required for critical business operations.

Strategic Planning

  • Develop the organization's IT roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
  • Lead technology projects from planning through implementation.
  • Partner with leadership to identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology.

  Vendor & Budget Management

  • Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers.
  • Negotiate contracts and oversee software licensing.
  • Develop and manage the IT operating budget.
  • Monitor technology spending and recommend cost-effective solutions.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of progressive IT experience, including leadership responsibilities.
  • Experience managing Microsoft environments, networking, cybersecurity, cloud services, and enterprise infrastructure.
  • Experience leading technology projects and managing third-party vendors.
  • Intermediate knowledge in scripting tools like VB Script, Java Script, Classic ASP, PowerShell and HTML would be an asset.

Skills

  • Strong technical troubleshooting and infrastructure knowledge.
