Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, Hayward also has facilities in Tennessee, Arizona, and Rhode Island as well as Canada, Spain, France, Australia, and China.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple IT projects simultaneously, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, and deliverables in partnership with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, resources, budget, and timelines.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential impact on project objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to drive project progress and resolve issues.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on project status to stakeholders regularly.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively to optimize project delivery and ensure profitability.
Qualifications
  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or project management.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is highly desirable.
  • 10+ years managing medium and large‑scale complex projects or programs.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross‑functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies (agile and waterfall), tools (MS Project Center / Online), and best practices.
  • Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and solve challenges effectively.
  • Additional Preferred Qualifications:
    • Ability to understand enterprise architectural concepts.
    • Ability to effectively manage multiple work streams.
    • Excellent overall understanding of various IT projects: Server and Storage technology (physical/virtual/cloud), Network Infrastructure (WAN/LAN/VoIP/Network Monitoring), Security, Disaster Recovery, Productivity Tools (M365/O365), End User Computing, and Enterprise‑wide Applications (Microsoft D365, Snowflake, Power BI, etc).
