What does an IT Product Manager do at Swire Coca - Cola?
As a Product Manager in our IT organization supporting technologies from raw goods procurement to finished goods which includes manufacturing technology, Operational Technology (OT), Quality and Warehousing. You will act as a strategic liaison between Technology and business units, supporting the advancement of organizational goals through effective product management. You will align technology capabilities with business needs, manage the full product lifecycle, and foster collaboration across teams and stakeholders. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in technology management, ready to drive impactful product initiatives in a dynamic IT environment.
Responsibilities

  • Align technology capabilities and product initiatives with business unit objectives, identifying opportunities for innovation and technical improvements that deliver value to stakeholders and users.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business unit managers and internal stakeholders, collaborating to understand needs, gather requirements, and support strategic IT planning.
  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of IT products, from ideation and planning through launch, assessment, and iteration, ensuring products meet business goals and user expectations.
  • Lead product design and implementation, applying product management principles to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely completion of product milestones.
  • Implement agile methodologies, manage sprints, drive continuous improvement through iterative solutions, and facilitate agile ceremonies to enhance team performance.
  • Leverage emerging technology trends and conduct market analysis to propose enhancements that maximize business impact and user satisfaction.
  • Manage product documentation to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and support for users and enablement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers to coordinate efforts, resolve issues, and deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with business needs.
  • Track and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as business value delivery (e.g., revenue, customer lifetime value, churn), user adoption rates, customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, return on investment, product strategy alignment, intake-to-solution time, time-to-market, team engagement scores, career progression tracking, documentation discoverability, and cross-functional collaboration.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Engineering, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field required
  • 4+ years in product management or technology management roles, with a demonstrated history of leading initiatives, products, or services that drive organizational technology evolution required, preferably supporting Manufacturing technology or operations (experience with Siemens solutions preferred)
  • Product lifecycle management and market analysis
