Optimize Company Communications
Implement and maintain communication platforms that improve collaboration while reducing friction across departments.
This includes platforms such as:
  • Microsoft 365
  • Google Workspace
  • VOIP systems
  • Internal messaging
  • Conference room technology

Success looks like:
  • Deliver and maintain 99.9% uptime for communication services

Success looks like:
  • Improved employee productivity
  • Reduced recurring technical issues
  • Lower long-term support costs

Deliver Exceptional Internal IT Support
Provide responsive, professional support that allows employees to stay focused on journalism rather than technology problems.

Standardize Technology Infrastructure
Create a scalable, secure, and standardized technology environment.
