Position Responsibilities

  • Purchase IT products and services to support business operations.

  • Create and place purchase orders, expediting deliveries on select products.

  • Send requests for internal approval to key stakeholders.

  • Complete reports and special projects.

  • Maintain knowledge of IT procurement, IT contracts and purchasing processes, workflows and practices.

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications or related field preferred.

  • 2+ years of experience in purchasing, vendor relations and contract negotiations.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.

  • Experience in Microsoft Office and Excel. Oracle and ServiceNow preferred.

  • Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.
