Summary

The Guest Services Inventory Specialist will assist Guests, Stores and Corporate Office needs while providing exceptional service and delivering results that contribute to the company mission. The Guest Services Inventory Specialist will address issues regarding merchandise including but not limited to; returns, orders, shipping, Point of Sale (POS), Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) research, inventory and store process compliance. This Teammate will ask questions to determine the root cause/issue, research and identify potential solutions, or escalate to the appropriate party to identify appropriate solutions. The Guest Services Inventory Specialist handles confidential financial and personal information and must follow all Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Efficiently utilize Buckleโ€™s Point of Sale (POS) systems and AS400 to provide assistance to Guests.
  • Process merchandise returns and investigate in depth if needed.
  • Process and complete Return to Vendor pieces (RTV).
  • Correspond and follow up with tickets involving operational processes of orders and/or order management systems.
  • Fulfill aged and express orders to expedite the shipment process.
  • Create and print shipping return labels.
  • Communicate with stores to ensure service level agreement (SLA)is reached with reservations.
  • Handle ship to store and ship from store communication and compliancy.
  • Investigate and resolve return to shipper packages.
  • Assist in various inventory related projects.
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate Teammate/department as necessary.
  • Provide assistance to stores by locating stock keeping units (SKUโ€™s) for limited products.
  • Assist in the transportation of returned merchandise between buildings.
  • Fulfill mission statement by performing job duties with a high level of customer service while contributing to a positive team spirit.
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned.
