Job Summary:

Responsible for the overall development, implementation and maintenance of mobile endpoint technologies for Froedtert ThedaCare Health's South Region Information Systems. Works to ensure mobile endpoints deliver at a service level consistent with the needs and expectations of the organization. Proactively interacts with key customers and leaders to build customer relationships and ensure operations are managed in coordination with organizational needs and expectations.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

Three years of experience in a management position supporting endpoint computing infrastructure and in a customer support role with high customer satisfaction goals is required.

Should have extensive experience in the following technologies: iOS, MacOS, Mobility platforms such as Omnissa Workspace One, InTune and BYOD technologies.

If candidate is internal, acceptable backgrounds can be a combination of seven years of internal and external IT experience along with demonstrated leadership work, leadership coursework and demonstrated leadership capability.

Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred.

Experience with Mobile Mgmt. platforms, vendor/contract and license management, implementation and management within the ITIL ITSM framework, preferred.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related technology field or acquired through combination of education and experience, required.

SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:

Must have excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all levels of hospital system staff, vendors and IT personnel.

Strong ability to define, communicate and ensure processes, policies and procedures are executed in accordance with desired management outcomes.

Must possess the ability to deliver clear, concise communications and presentations.

Must be able to effectively and efficiently train others in key IT concepts.

Outstanding oral and written communication skills.

Strong management and project management capabilities.

Pay is expected to be between: (expressed as hourly) $53.57- $91.64. Final compensation is based on experience and will be discussed with you by the recruiter during the interview process.
