The Distribution Manager coordinates the daily delivery of product to the customers at the optimal and sustainable cost of distribution, taking into account legal & operational constraints (compliance with local transportation regulations; product availability; availability of vehicles & drivers...). Provide transport drivers with the planned route, including the loading & unloading points.

  • Facilitate sales transactions and coordinate product supply, including monitoring shipping volume, coordinating with logistics coordinators, communicating supply planning to customers, and supporting supply chain improvement projects.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals related to safety, quality, reliability, and efficiency.

  • Oversee inventory through ERP transactions, monitor demand and inventory levels, anticipate supply risks, calculate forecast accuracy, receive and support orders, provide visibility on inventory status, and monitor supply risks.

  • Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, work cross-functionally to achieve goals, and identify logistics bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.

  • Coordinate Bulk distribution to clients and filling centers, ensure optimal inventory levels at clients and plants, and perform demand or consumption analysis.

  • Ensure activity monitoring: Analyze, guide, and optimize costs to maintain vehicle efficiency, optimizing routes and frequencies. Contribute to the formation of budgets. Ensure monitoring of key efficiency indicators.

  • Perform accurate and relevant data analysis and recommend collaborative adjustments.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3-5+ yrs experience of Industrial Experience (Operations or Maintenance management)

The annual base salary range for this position in Nevada is $80,000 - $90,000/yr. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
