[Responsibilities]
- Plan, organize, and control disaster recovery (DR) initiatives, collecting key data to inform leadership decisions.
- Oversee the integration and execution of enterprise-wide IT DR activities, ensuring policy compliance.
- Develop, test, and update IT DR plans, guaranteeing recoverability of essential business services.
- Lead DR exercises with multi-site teams, validating procedures and improving response strategies.
- Collaborate with IT Infrastructure, Applications, Integration, and Governance teams to execute business continuity strategies.
- Present findings, issues, and corrective actions to senior leadership in a clear, actionable manner.
- Analyze and resolve complex IT DR issues, applying effective incident management techniques.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policy (CRX-301/302) and regulatory requirements for business continuity and disaster recovery.
[Required Skills and Experience]
- Extensive experience with IT infrastructure: operating systems, networking, storage.
- Strong hands-on IT operations background with a solid grasp of technical systems and processes.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in incident management, problem-solving, and resolution techniques.
