About the Role

Join our B2B Banking & Credit Technology team, supporting critical loan servicing and credit platforms. This role focuses on Electronic Content Management (ECM) and emerging technologies, requiring expertise in platforms such as OpenText, IBM FileNet, OnBase, or similar tools.

You will lead the design, development, and evolution of scalable enterprise solutions while working across the full software development lifecycle in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and support enterprise ECM and application platforms
  • Lead end-to-end delivery from solution design through deployment and production support
  • Build secure, scalable, and high-performing systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional business and technology teams
  • Maintain and enhance existing systems to meet evolving needs
  • Ensure system performance, stability, and cross-platform compatibility
  • Support DevOps practices, including CI/CD and automated testing

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering or enterprise application development
  • Strong experience with ECM platforms (OpenText, FileNet, OnBase, or similar)
  • Technical expertise in:
    • Java, Linux, Oracle/PL-SQL, REST APIs, Kafka
    • AWS (Lambda, S3, RDS, Containers)
    • DevOps / CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with modern application architecture and full-stack development
  • Exposure to emerging technologies (e.g., LLMs, Copilot, AI tools) is an asset
