Job Title: IT Manager
Location: Rosemont, IL

Purpose and Objective:
UOP LLC seeks an IT Manager at our Rosemont, IL location to gather requirements for enhancements and projects in SalesForce.

Responsibilities
Expectations and Tasks:
Providing estimation and design documents for enhancements being carried out. Involved in production support issues for the application. Implementing modules for enhancing the use of SalesForce across the organization. Maintaining high level and low-level design and preparing test cases required for Enhancements and developments being carried out. Building applications in SalesForce and testing applications. Providing immediate fixes for postproduction issues. Interacting with Honeywell stakeholders for support issues and providing solutions. Maintaining the System maintenance technical document, client environment document for tracking and future reference purpose, preparing/presenting the status report on schedule, and providing effort fidelity to Customers/Senior management on a timely basis. Performing defect monitoring and tracking of hot fixes and enhancements of the application. Getting sign off from Honeywell, based on levels of approval authority, for any new business requirement after the successful production implementation. Leading the Annual HUOP IT Strategic Planning (STRAP) and Annual Operating Planning (AOP). Coordinating with Finance to manage IT budget performance including software licenses. Maintaining Management Operating System (MOS), including Steering meetings and managing actions, with business leaders and being a trusted business partner. Overseeing the deployment, maintenance and support of key HUOP digitization applications and infrastructure. Managing and maintaining vendor relationships. Managing the performance and capacity of IT systems using KPIs. Ensuring security compliance of IT systems in accordance with Honeywell Global security standards and policies. Driving incident, problem, and change management processes in alignment with Honeywell IT processes. Coordinating with Enterprise IT and HUOP Software Transformation to minimize technical debt.
Qualifications
Education and Occupational Experience:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technologies, or a related field of study and eight (8) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:
Experience must include eight (8) years involving each of the following:
  • Salesforce;

  • Discovery, Scoping, Analysis and Implementation phases;

  • Implementation of Salesforce.com applications - Sales, Service clouds;

  • CRM processes such as Account Management, Contact Management, Opportunity Management, Product Management, Quote process, Lead Management, Case Management, or Order Management;

  • Declarative features such as Validation Rules, Flows or Approval process for satisfying complex business process automations;

  • Implementing security and sharing rules at object, field, and record level for different users at different levels of organization, creating various profiles and configured the permission sets and sharing rules based on the organizational hierarchy;

  • Data management activities using Data Loader, SalesForce Inspector and workbench; and

  • Requirements gathering, including Conducting User Interviews, and preparing functional documents like Use Cases and Software Requirements Specifications (SRS).

BASE SALARY: $134,000 to $202,000 per year
