ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee Customer Service Center Operations at multiple campuses including but not limited to receiving electronic, telephonic, or walk-in service requests, and inputting the requests in customer designated system(s).
Overseeing Special Event coordination to include but not limited to providing conference center support and ensuring all logistical activities needed to make these events successful our planned and conducted in a professional manner to support mission objectives.
Oversee management of official travel for customer personnel.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
4 years' experience in management role overseeing customer-service operations. Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM); Customer Service Excellence Certification.
PREFFERRED EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

Compensation Details:

$125,000 to $175,000
