Job description

Responsibilities:
  • Foster an environment that embodies Bally's Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere
  • Enthusiastically promote Bally's customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations
  • Oversee the set of up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers, etcetera)
  • Assist the IT Manager and Director of IT in the design, coordination, and installation of IT solutions
  • Check computer hardware to ensure efficiency
  • Supervise the installation and configuration of appropriate software and functions according to specifications
  • Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance
  • Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
  • Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
  • Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work
  • Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems
  • Maintain records and logs of repairs, fixes, and maintenance schedules
  • Identify computer shortages and place orders
  • Select, train, and develop team members through education, training, coaching, and corrective action
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Work Environment:
  • Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and nights as scheduled
  • Frequently required to lift up to a maximum of 30 pounds
  • Frequently required to push, kneel, climb, stoop, bend, and twist, as well as reach overhead
