Based out of our Calgary office, this role requires a commitment to being on-site in Jasper for extended periods and/or working a 10-4 rotation. The scope and duration of the assignment may evolve — we need someone who is adaptable and ready to see the project through.

  • Career development opportunities.
  • Milestone Recognition Program.
  • Employee Referral bonuses.
  • Training opportunities: Online and leadership development training

Qualifications:

  • Possess 5-7 years of supervisory experience in project control, including scheduling, budgeting and Invoicing in commercial construction, including restaurant, hospitality, and retail sectors.
  • Post-secondary education in Project Management, Construction Management or a related field is preferred. Additional certifications such as PMP or BCIN is an asset.
  • Solid understanding of construction financials and cost management.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction safety regulations and practices.
  • Experience in construction management with proficiency in Procore and MS Project, and ability to lead diverse teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and teams.
  • Knowledge of local building codes, permitting processes, and compliance requirements.

  • Own all project documentation in Procore: permits, RFQs, POs, shop drawings, trade reports, RFIs, and approvals

Budget & Financial Control

  • Monitor and manage project budgets with accurate cost reporting and full accountability
  • Manage billings, receivables, and trade invoices with a strong grip on cost control
  •  Participate in subcontractor buyout and ensure trade commitments are locked in within the first week of construction

Team Leadership & Safety

  • Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams — run kick-off meetings and keep collaboration tight
  • Implement and enforce workplace safety protocols to maintain a compliant, safe work environment
  • Mentor coordination teams, support KPI development, and contribute to organizational efficiency

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication, timely updates, and decisive issue resolution
