PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR - $65K-$75K + Full Family Medical

Pay & Schedule:

  • $65K-$75K
  • Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 4:00PM
  • Weekly Pay

What You'll Do:

  • Assisting the Project Manager in every aspect to ensure project success.
  • Manage RedTeam and Public Share project documentation
  • Process cost codes and invoices accurately
  • Support the PM with billing backup and contract documentation
  • Maintain organized project file structures and records
  • Track lien releases, as-builts, and closeout requirements
  • Compile and finalize as-built documentation
  • Ensure administrative compliance and audit-ready documentation at all times

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in the construction field or project coordination (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of construction documentation (submittals, RFIs, as-builts, closeouts)
  • Familiarity with cost coding, invoice processing, and billing support
  • Highly organized with strong document control discipline
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines (48-hour submittals, weekly invoice processing, daily logs)
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to audit-ready compliance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive in following up with field teams and vendors
  • Ability to enforce documentation standards and return incomplete submissions
