  • Prepare and deliver regular reports to senior management. Identify, manage, and report ongoing project risks and opportunities.
  • Manage all customer interactions, including, but not limited to, correspondence, design reviews, deliverables, invoicing, site support, overall scope, and progress reports.
  • Liaise with suppliers and clients, engaging in negotiations that prioritize project budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or University Degree in Engineering or other relevant field, or equivalent practical experience. Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is a strong asset.
  • 8+ years' industry experience, preferably in the fields of bulk materials handling, engineering, or a similar industry.
  • Experience managing medium to large project budgets and negotiating supplier contracts.
  • Expertise in common Project Management software and applications, including budgeting, scheduling, etc.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Valid passport and ability to travel internationally.

What We Offer

  • A collaborative, values-based team culture and stable working environment
  • Extended healthcare coverage including health, vision, dental, and more
  • 5% Employer Paid Pension Plan
