Job description

Keep the systems running that keep our communities running.

At Mosaic Management, we bring fun, positive energy, integrity, teamwork, honesty, and effort into everything we do — because our residents and their families deserve nothing less. We're looking for an IT Systems Manager who wants to be the person behind the scenes making sure our people, our data, and our communities stay secure, connected, and running smoothly.

This isn't a help-desk-only role. You'll own the systems that our entire company depends on — Microsoft 365, Sage, Paycor, and the security camera and access control systems protecting our communities — and you'll have real ownership over how they're managed, secured, and improved.

What You'll Do
  • Administer our core business systems — Microsoft 365, Sage accounting/ERP, and Paycor HRIS/payroll — keeping user access, licensing, and integrations running smoothly.
  • Own security infrastructure — manage security cameras, access control, and the network backbone (firewalls, switches, VPN) that supports them across all communities.
  • Be the go-to for IT support — from onboarding new hires with the right access and equipment to troubleshooting hardware and software issues company-wide.
  • Protect what matters — implement security best practices (MFA, endpoint protection, backups), monitor for vulnerabilities, and keep us compliant with data privacy requirements.
  • Manage vendors and budgets — build relationships with software and hardware vendors, track licensing and contracts, and recommend smart, cost-effective solutions.
  • Keep us resilient — oversee backups, run disaster recovery tests, and make sure we're ready before something goes wrong, not after.
What We're Looking For
  • Required:
  • 3+ years of experience in IT systems administration or a similar role
  • Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 (admin center, Exchange, security & compliance)
  • Experience supporting or administering accounting/ERP software (Sage or similar) and HRIS/payroll platforms (Paycor or similar)
  • Nice to have:
  • Familiarity with security camera/surveillance systems and basic networking
  • Relevant certifications (Microsoft 365 Certified, CompTIA Network+/Security+, or similar)
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Why Mosaic?

You’ll be joining a company where F.A.I.T.H.E. isn’t just a poster on the wall — it’s how we show up every day for our residents, our teams, and each other. This role gives you the chance to make a visible, company-wide impact: the systems you manage touch every employee and every community we operate.
