IT Governance Project Manager

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a mid-level professional who canoperateat the intersection of IT project management, ITanddata governance, and product ownership. This individual will manage project delivery using structured lifecycle methodologies, support productbacklogand stakeholder alignment activities, and contribute to center-wide governance processes, including facilitation ofportfoliogovernance activities.

This role requires someone comfortable moving fluidly between traditional PM structure, agile, product-oriented delivery, and governance and compliance functions.

You Have:

  • 5+years of experience spanning IT project management, product ownership, business analysis, or datagovernance
  • Experience with structured project or program lifecycle methodologies
  • Experience developingandmaintainingproject charters, schedules, risk registers, status reports, and stakeholder communication plans,and producingdocumentation, briefings, andmaterialsfor governance and leadership review
  • Experience supporting orfacilitatinggovernanceprocesses such as investment review boards, stage-gate reviews, or governancecommittees
  • Experience coordinatingcross-functional teams, including technical, business, and governance stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum ceremonies and product backlog management
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities across project management, product, and governance functions
  • Ability to obtain andmaintaina Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience with the CDC EPLC framework
  • Experience in a federal, public health, or CDC or HHS-affiliated environment

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
