EoS Fitness is growing fast and looking for an IT Analyst who loves supporting reliable systems, solving complex problems, and helping teammates succeed. As an IT Analyst, you'll support Windows workstations and laptops and Cisco/Meraki network infrastructure, partner closely with Operations and Facilities, and help deliver tools that work well for the people who use them every day. Responsibilities:

  • Microsoft desktop and Azure cloud systems including Entra ID
  • Microsoft Office 365 including SharePoint
  • Scripting (including PowerShell)
  • Mobile device management (Intune and JAMF Pro)
  • Software deployment and user management using ScreenConnect
  • Basic Networking (TCP/IP, Switching, Routing & Wireless)
  • SD-WAN technologies including Meraki.
  • IP Surveillance System (Verkada)
  • Ring Central VOIP
  • Analyzing current IT systems, architectures, and processes
  • Identifying risks, opportunities, faults, and areas for development within the IT framework
  • Designing and executing IT solutions and solving issues effectively
  • Installing, configuring, upgrading, and testing hardware and software components
  • Participating in system upgrades and researching new tools
  • Providing training and assistance to end users and handling password issues
  • Understanding business needs and providing objective advice on the use of IT

Qualifications:

  • A BA or BS in a relevant field is preferred.
  • At least 4 years of experience in IT, Customer Service, or a relevant and translatable field
  • Must have the ability to travel up to 70% within the region to support/troubleshoot at gyms
  • Relevant certifications (MCP, MCSE, MCITP, CCNA, VCP)
  • Prior experience in customer service, big box retailers, or MSPs.
  • Able to work discreetly, independently, multi-task in a fast pace and demanding work environment.
  • Able to work with confidential information.
  • Strong attention to detail while producing accurate and high-quality work.
  • Must be a team player and be willing to jump into any task and get it done.
  • Must be extremely organized.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills
