Job description

Position purpose/Summary Statement includes, but not limited to; DC Support, position will be responsible for the IT operational support for the distribution centers in Moreno Valley CA DC. This person must be a self-starter, goal oriented, and able to work independently. The position requires on-call support to respond to operational needs for the DC. Due to the nature of 24x7 operations and shipping, response needs to be timely for DC support. This position will help coordinate helpdesk requests for the DC that will encompass account management, hardware support (networking, servers, printers, mobile devices), and troubleshooting. This position will also require system documentation, hardware inventory and uphold IT policies and procedures in the DC's. With this, you will also understand how to work under safety guidelines that will keep you safe. This comprehension entails being able to take daily direction from your leadership team with an understanding of how your role impacts other departments within the warehouse. Understand what your daily goals and objectives are, learning to become/transition to advance from within.
