Summary/Objective
The Information Technology Administrator (“IT Admin”) manages the IT needs of the company while working with outside contracted service providers. This role will be the point person for all IT related responsibilities for the company. 


Primary Responsibilities/Functions
1. Manages Synergi’s IT infrastructure to ensure all aspects are operating efficiently, including software, hardware, licenses, phones and tablets, phone system, and printers.
2. Manages IT service providers contracted with Synergi.
3. Makes recommendations on hardware maintenance and upgrades.
4. Records data required to analyze problems and track them to final solution.
5. Prepares and presents reports related to IT infrastructure for management review and action.
6. Assists users by answering questions and providing support in a timely manner.
7. Provides problem resolution, reassigning or escalating advanced inquiries to appropriate technicians or subcontractors.
8. Performs other related duties as assigned.
9. Responsible for IT Operating Budget and IT CAPEX Budget


Required Skills/Attributes
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
4. Excellent interpersonal skills
5. Ability to explain technical information in understandable language to nontechnical staff members.


Required Education and Experience
1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security or related area.
2. 5+ years of experience in IT Administration position

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position (40 hours). Workdays are Monday through Friday, work times are dependent on department, projects, and supervisor’s request and approval.
