Job description

As a Sr. Partner Development Manager for ISV Tech Partners, you will play a crucial role in building and managing strategic partnerships with external organizations that build products on top of Snowflake.

Responsibilities
  • Execution - Driven Mindset: Proven ability to deliver results by aligning internal and partner stakeholders across all levelsโ€”from Cโ€‘level executives to individual contributorsโ€”in sales, marketing, and product teams to achieve partnership goals.
  • Enterprise Data Platform Customer Focus: Inโ€‘depth understanding of customer needs and priorities within enterprise Data Platform leadership.
  • Relationship Management at Scale: Expertise in building and maintaining impactful relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Enterprise Sales Mindset: Handsโ€‘on experience driving GTM initiatives and achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Technical Understanding: Familiarity with ETL, BI, Governance, Database and technical product marketing. Comfortable facilitating discussions with product and sales engineering teams from Snowflake and its partners.
  • Partnership Experience is Preferred: Experience managing technology or ISV partnerships.
Day One Expectations
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in technology sales, partnership management, or business development.
  • Strong understanding of data platforms, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and nonโ€‘technical audiences.
Compensation and Benefits
  • This role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's commission plan and it is common for employees in this role to receive total onโ€‘target earnings of $280,000 - $367,500. The estimated base salary for this role is $196,000 - $257,250.
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's equity plan.
  • Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & health savings account; at least 12 paid holidays; paid time off; parental leave; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
  • The starting salary will be determined based on permissible, nonโ€‘discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
