Job description

Job Summary:
At Anytime Fitness - Nashville, we are seeking a passionate and motivated Fitness Coach to join our growing team! This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional fitness coaching and customer service to our members. As a Fitness Coach, you will work closely with members to modify workout plans, provide guidance on proper form and technique, and help them achieve their fitness goals. This is a full-time position with a combination of a base hourly pay and commission.
Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $11 to $15 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, the Coach will also have the opportunity to earn commission on new member sign-ups and sales. The pay will be distributed biweekly. As a full-time employee, you will also be eligible for paid time off, and monetary help with continuing education.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a personal commitment to meeting the needs of members and guests

Requirements:
