To thrive as an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, you need a solid understanding of exercise science, anatomy, and nutrition, typically demonstrated by earning the ISSA certification. ISSA-certified personal trainers often encounter challenges such as adapting workout plans to fit clients' varying fitness levels and goals, maintaining client motivation, and keeping up with new fitness trends and research.
