Personal Trainer

Warminster, PA | Part Time, Hourly (12 hours minimum per week required); Full Time Opportunities (40 hours a week) Also Available | $23.00-$30.00 per hour

We are looking for a Certified Personal Trainer to work closely with members to understand their fitness goals, wellness, create personalized workout plans and provide motivation and support. What is needed for this job:

  • Nationally recognized personal training certificate (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.) and strong knowledge of exercise science, techniques, nutrition, and injury prevention
  • Ability to develop individualized and group fitness programs
  • Lifesaving certifications (CPR & First Aid) - training provided
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills

The responsibilities we will trust you with:

  • Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions and small group workouts
  • Assess clients' fitness levels and design customized fitness programs
  • Demonstrate exercises and provide guidance on proper technique and form
  • Provide exceptional customer service, fostering client relationships
  • Level II Trainers should have the additional expertise in:
    • Leading group exercise classes and small group training sessions
    • Leading small groups of people to build community and connections through donor-funded Pathway programs
    • Creating safe and welcoming environments in our wellness spaces during peak evening and weekend hours (15 hours minimum part-time)
